Kindred Resort – Keystone Colorado
Shervin is one of the Kindred Resort founders and is currently working on a ski-in/ski-out luxury hotel and condos at the base of Keystone Ski Resort in the former Hunky Dory Parking Lot.
Waters at Silver Trout – Silverthorne, CO
The Waters at Silver Trout is a complicated development of 29 single family homes located between the Blue River with an open space wetlands floodplain and a 12-acre pond. Shervin was involved from land purchase all the way through to the final home closing. Project completed December 2021.
Puerto Viejo Club – Playa Negra, Costa Rica
Taking his knowledge of the travel-driven economies to Costa Rica, Shervin embarked upon his first international development project. Consisting of ten paired homes, Shervin has driven this project from initial acquirement to groundbreaking to being a profitable vacation rental / club membership business model. The gated community is the perfect place for a family to relax and enjoy the amazing Costa Rican environment just blocks from the coast.
